Press the button "Grab" (to capture). The cursor changes to a cross-hair.

Select the part of the screen you want to capture. (Top left, left click and drag to bottom right. You have it)

Paste (ctrl+V) the screen captured in a presentation Powerpoint, a Word file, or whatever document. It will not paste into Outlook Express. It will paste into Outlook 2007 but if you are sending the email to an Outlook Express user, the next technique is the one to use.

Alternately, you can open Adobe Photoshop Elements 2, click on File / New and accept the suggested size. Paste in the captured screen. Use Save for Web. Choose JPEG / Medium. Now OK. This will save a very small jpg file. You can attach this file to any email or insert it in any html formatted email. Outlook Express and Outlook both default to html format.
