1 cup of mixed fruit or sultanas or apricots or dates & walnuts |
1 tablesp butter |
|
1 cup of water |
½ cup sugar |
|
1½ cups of self raising flour |

Maybe, chop the fruit to the size you prefer
Boil all the cake ingredients except the flour for 2 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes
Add self raising flour
Cook in loaf tin @ 180ºC for 30 minutes
