3 eggs |
150 g grated cheese |

100 g flour |
1 teasp baking powder |

pinch salt |

200 g thick slices of ham |
˝ cup oil |

Rough chop the ham or sausage fairly fine
Beat
eggs, mix in flour slowly and mix well. Add milk & oil while still beating,
then cheese & meat. Add baking powder & salt
Pour
into 28 x 8 cm loaf tin. OR Divide into 12 muffins in a muffin pan.
Allow to rise for 15 min
Bake 30 to 40 min in 240C oven
Serve warm with béchamel sauce or cool with mayonnaise
