Ham Brioche Loaf

1 Loaf
or
12 Muffins

 

3 eggs

150 g grated cheese

100 g flour

1 teasp baking powder

˝ cup milk

pinch salt

200 g thick slices of ham
or garlic sausage

˝ cup oil

Rough chop the ham or sausage fairly fine

 

Beat eggs, mix in flour slowly and mix well.  Add milk & oil while still beating,
then cheese & meat.  Add baking powder & salt

Pour into 28 x 8 cm loaf tin.  OR  Divide into 12 muffins in a muffin pan.
Allow to rise for 15 min

Bake 30 to 40 min in 240C oven

Serve warm with béchamel sauce or cool with mayonnaise
