1½ tablesp W’shire sauce |

3 teasp oil |
1 tablesp tomato paste |

1 onion sliced |
1½ tablesp Demerara sugar |

1 green pepper sliced |
2 teasp mustard powder |

400g red kidney beans, drained |
1 teasp Mediterranean herbs |

400g tin tomatoes |
~ ½ pint water |

1½ tablesp white wine vinegar |
2½ tablesp Gravy granules |

Prick and grill sausages
Fry onion and green pepper
Add rest
of ingredients, simmer for an hour - check, may need to add
extra water as it cooks
Thicken if necessary
