Tomato Beef Milano |

1-2 tablesp olive oil |
1-2 teasp curry powder |

2 rashers bacon |
2 tablesp tomato paste |
|
1 large onion |
1½ cups chicken stock |
|
½ cup green pepper chopped |
S & P |
|
500g beef mince |
500g macaroni |

Cook macaroni al dente in large pan of boiling water with salt and a little oil
Meanwhile ...
Fry onion, bacon & green pepper together, add mince & fry until meat is brown
Stir in curry powder, fry 2 mins (time to burst the tiny flavour buds in the curry!)
Add paste, stock and S & P and simmer until macaroni is ready.
Mix together and serve
OR Put into oiled casserole dish, bake 30-40 minutes at 180C
